Don Dale is the Managing Director of VMG Health's Machinery and Equipment Appraisal Services Division. He provides fair market value appraisals exclusively to clients in the healthcare industry. Mr. Dale specializes in providing fair market value services for the fixed assets and leasehold improvements for all healthcare providers including but not limited to: physician practices of all sizes and specializations, imaging and dialysis centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and acute care hospitals.
Prior to joining VMG Health, Mr. Dale was President of Practice Performance, Inc. (PPI), a third party business process outsourcing firm serving medical practices in Texas, Colorado and South Carolina, since 1996. The company provided accounts receivable management, accounting/financial services, human resource services, information technology outsourcing and practice management consulting services to physician practices. The company was successfully sold to MedSynergies, Inc. in 2006, where Mr. Dale became Senior Vice President of MedSynergies, Inc. and President of MedSynergies' Surgical Division.
Mr. Dale started his career in Healthcare in the audit division of Ernst and Young, received his BBA in accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
