Thomas Warrington, AVA| Senior Manager

Thomas Warrington is a Senior Manager with the firm. He specializes in providing valuation, transaction advisory, strategic and operational consulting services to the firm’s healthcare clients. He has extensive experience working closely with hospital systems, physician compensation, ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare providers.
Prior to joining VMG Health, Mr. Warrington worked as a Regional Practice Manager for a not-for-profit healthcare system. Mr. Warrington was responsible for the oversight of 18 physician practices and worked closely with the physicians and staff to meet operational goals. Mr. Warrington also helped develop a Work Relative Value Unit (WRVU)-based compensation model and assisted in the physician network’s successful accreditation by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Mr. Warrington also has experience in the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Warrington is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with an undergraduate degree in Finance.
Mr. Warrington is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is an Accredited Valuation Analyst.
